★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma vez um sobretudo que soltava todos os botões tive que leva na costureira para recolocar novamente, depois de um tempo comprei uma calça leeg no valor de 85 reais com uma vez de uso a calça começou a sair os pelinhos fui até a loja pra troca o mesmo disseram que eu encostei em algum lugar e está nítido que é defeito do tecido ! Enfim sai perdendo meu dinheiro e estou com calça com defeito que não tem como arruma e nem troca . Estou muito decepcionada com atendimento da Karla em relação a isso no mínimo nem tentou troca com seu fornecedor
I once bought a coat that loosened all the buttons I had to take it to the seamstress to replace it again, after a while I bought a leeg pants worth 85 reais with one use the pants started to come out the hairs I went to the store to exchange the same said that I touched it somewhere and it is clear that it is a defect in the fabric! Anyway, I lose my money and I have defective pants that I can't fix or change. I'm very disappointed with Karla's service in relation to this, at least, she didn't even try to exchange with her supplier
