★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ração custa X para retirar na loja. Para entregar cobram X+Y... Daí eu peço 4 rações e cobram 4 vezes o Y... até aí, ok... Mas agora cobram mais uma 'taxinha Z' para entregarem. Querem levar vantagem demais... perderam um cliente fixo de anos, pelos R$ 5,00 indevidos, cobrados.
A ration costs X to pick up from the store. They charge X+Y to deliver... Then I order 4 rations and charge 4 times the Y... so far, ok... But now they charge another 'Z fee' to deliver. They want to take advantage too much... they lost a fixed customer for years, for the BRL 5.00 undue, charged.
