I placed an order for table games 2 days before my wedding, the agreed day did not deliver, did not answer the phone nor gave any sadisfaction, lack of professionalism !! Very unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento e não tem nenhum compromisso com o cliente. Segundo o Sr. Steve, trabalham da seguinte forma... quem pagar primeiro, leva o que quer alugar. Achei absurdo o descaso que fizeram com a minha solicitação de aluguel de um compressor de ar. Havia um outro cliente interessado no qual depositou o dinheiro primeiro que eu.. E lá só tem 1 compressor. O Steve simplesmente me mandou email depois de tudo combinado, pagamento e etc.. que outro cliente já havia alugado o compressor.. isso faltando 4 dias pro meu evento. Devia ter avisado que tinham apenas 1 equipamento e que trabalhavam dessa forma. Não indico. Mas foi bom acontecer..pq achei um compressor bem mais em conta e bem melhor pra alugar. Kadu Festas..onde visam dinheiro e não comprometimento com o cliente. ?????
Pessimo service and has no commitment to the customer. According to Mr. Steve, they work as follows ... whoever pays first takes what they want to rent. I thought the neglect they made with my request to rent an air compressor was absurd. There was another interested customer who deposited the money first than me. And there is only one compressor there. Steve simply sent me an email after everything was agreed, payment and etc ... that another customer had already rented the compressor ... that was 4 days before my event. I should have told you that they only had 1 piece of equipment and that they worked that way. I do not indicate. But it was good to happen ... because I found a much cheaper compressor and much better to rent. Kadu Festas..where they aim for money and not commitment to the customer. ?????
