Após assinatura/pegar as chaves e fazer minha mudança, a imobiliária entrou em contato que o proprietário não aceitaria uma claúsula (que pra mim não teria feito negócio desde do começo), mas já havia mudado de casa, entregado a antiga e estava com um bebê de 2 meses, o que impossibitou a devolução do imóvel e tive que aceitar a mudança de claúsula, onde tive um prejuízo de mil reais. Mesmo a imobiliaria assumindo seu erro, em nenhum momento quis arcar financeiramente com ele, deixando o prejuízo para mim e para o proprietário. Se puder, procure um local com pessoas mais profissionais.
Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with financial loss. After signing/getting the keys and making my move, the real estate agent contacted the owner that he would not accept a clause (which for me would not have done business since the beginning), but had already moved house, handed over the old one and had a 2 month old baby, which made it impossible to return the property and I had to accept the change of clause, where I had a loss of one thousand reais. Even the real estate company assuming its error, at no time did I want to pay it financially, leaving the loss to me and the owner. If you can, look for a place with more professional people.
