It is not possible to contact 0800 after hitting a service. Operator answers and hangs up. The service is 24 hours, but they do not respond on whtas.

Tratam com vc um horario para buscar o corpo, depois dizem que seria inviável pois o agente não conseguirá chegar. Marcam para outro dia cedo e depois atrasam todo o velório dizendo que a preparação do corpo é um processo demorado. Fazem esse procedimento direto e não sabem prever o tempo?
Escolhemos as flores para decoração da urna e coroa, para nossa surpresa enviaram flores diferentes das escolhidas, murchas e velhas. Muito Constrangedor!
Não indico pra ninguém essa empresa.

Disappointment. We were super disappointed with the service of this company.
They give you a schedule to pick up the body, then say it would be unfeasible because the agent won't be able to arrive. They schedule for another day early and then delay the entire wake saying that the preparation of the body is a long process. Do they do this direct procedure and don't know how to predict the weather?
We chose the flowers for decoration of the urn and crown, to our surprise they sent flowers different from the chosen ones, withered and old. Very Embarrassing!
I don't recommend this company to anyone.
Bad service from the call center.
