★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei para trocar os dois rolamentos das rodas dianteiras junto com outro serviço, pois os rolamentos não foram trocados e comessaram a roncar cinco meses depois. Sem contar que fiz um orçamento por telefone e quando cheguei lá o preço foi o triplo, pelo mesmo serviço e peça contratado. Tem que melhorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo ninguém ir nessa oficina levei meu carro para aliar e balanciar condenaram a suspensão toda mandei fazer gastei 1820 reais saí de lá quando eu cheguei em casa o carro estava parecendo uma lata velha no dia seguinte liguei lá galei a respeito do problema quando levei o carro lá envetaram que tinha que trocar mais pesas resumindo comeram o meu dinheiro e não resolveram o problema é o dono queria brigar com migo ele deu sorte que eu sou servo do senhor são todos pilantras eu sei que ele vai ver esse comentário meu número é 974840083 não tenho medo de falar a verdade para nigem ser enganado a palavra de homem e uma só não faz cuva

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento a princípio é bom, porém, são trocadores de peças... Me deram orçamento de 1500,00 e resolvi o problema em outro lugar por apenas 120,00... Mesmo valor que tive que pagar somente pelo escaneamento, que no outro local tive gratuitamente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos, mas o método de trabalho da empresa não visa a resolução dos problemas, somente troca de peças visando o lucro da empresa somente.

Great place I changed the shock absorbers of my super service and fast service vehicle and the best I found out that they work even on Sundays until 1 pm so when you don't have time in the week you can take your vehicle on Saturday. Or Sunday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, muito enrolado, não fizeram o serviço direito, eram para terem sido substituído peças mas não fizeram, pois paguei por isso, o Sr. Clayton de tanta enrolação mandou até lavar meu carro, mas o que é uma lavagem de carro diante do meu prejuízo, perdi 02 pneus bons e tive que refazer o serviço de suspensão, e ainda corre o risco de aparecer mais coisa, pois o mesmo trocou as correias...Não indico e vou fazer uma reclamação no reclame aqui para que outras pessoas possam saber quão idônea a empresa Kairos é.
