O único ponto foi que quando marcaram de vir algumas vezes, não apareceram e não deram satisfação e foi necessário remarcar.Mas deu tudo certo.
Num geral, tudo ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de cobertura, e continuou respingando no espaço coberto, com três meses de instalado solicitei o reparo tive um transtorno com agendamento e o serviço de reparo foi feito de qualquer forma, com o corte completamente torto e totalmente visível.
Não compreendo os 10 anos de garantia que fornecem aos clientes, sendo que, com três meses de contratação já é um super descaso.
Estou bem decepcionada!
I hired the roofing service, and it continued to splash on the covered space, after three months of installation I requested the repair I had a problem with scheduling and the repair service was done anyway, with the cut completely crooked and fully visible.
I don't understand the 10-year warranty they provide to customers, and with three months of hiring it's already a super neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 3 estrelas não pelo produto, e sim por um transtorno que tive com vazamento onde passei final de semana com cliente em minha loja pingando ao lado dele, foi solicitado,mandei msg as 9 da manhã depois 13hs perguntando se iriam e foram mw responder que era necessário agendar isso as 16hs , eu não pedi um agendamento eu solicitei uma urgência por parte de um estabelecimento onde irá ser aberto com vazamento, me sentir lesado por isso pois fizeram pouco caso nessa hora, responde as 17:03 e na segunda feira me manda dizendo que estavam as 17hs estavam fechado.. 3 minutos depois pra mim não fizeram questão, enfim passei pedindo desculpas aos meus clientes e paguei por fora para resolver no domingo.
Obs: Na venda ok , se atente a medição, confira seu orçamento (ATENÇÃO)
nos demais o rapaz que instalou super atenciosos e soube resolver os problemas na instalação parabéns pelo funcionário, só o vazamento que tive,mas resolvi por fora
