★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, não dão a mínima para os clientes, zero simpatia, parece que estão fazendo um favor ou uma obrigação. Nao possuem um diálogo, impõem cláusulas sem permitir discussão sobre as mesmas. Se vc esta pensando em fazer uma locação com essa imobiliária, desista, procure outra com mais disposição e educação.
Terrible real estate, they don't give a damn about customers, zero friendliness, it seems they are doing a favor or an obligation. They do not have a dialogue, they impose clauses without allowing discussion about them. If you are thinking of making a lease with this real estate, give up, look for another one with more disposition and education.

Desde o relacionamento com o cliente, no início da negociação, passando pelo acompanhamento durante a locação e, finalmente, pelo encerramento do contrato. Of the many real estate properties available, Kaizen best met my expectations. From the relationship with the client, at the beginning of the negotiation, to the follow-up during the lease and finally to the termination of the contract. I am grateful to everyone, especially Barbara, for the service and commitment shown to the customer. I will indicate, for sure!

A corretora assinou o contrato com o futuro inquilino e falou que a mudança seria imediata (para o meu apartamento) sem me consultar previamente, quando fiquei sabendo já estava c contrato assinado e tudo, e ainda ela discutiu por mais de meia hora comigo, batendo de frente insistidamente justificando que estava correta. Enviei e-mail educadamente para a Kaizen e a proprietária me respondeu defendendo sua funcionária, sem ao menos ter o mínimo de respeito por eu ser sua cliente e me telefonar para entender o ocorrido, isso pq tive um imóvel alugado com eles por 7 anos.
Too bad! The broker signed the contract with the future tenant and said that the change would be immediate (to my apartment) without consulting me in advance, when I learned that the contract was already signed and everything, and yet she argued for more than half an hour with me, beating insincerely, justifying that it was correct. I emailed Kaizen politely and the owner responded by defending her employee, without even having the least respect for me being her client and phoning me to understand what happened, because I had a property rented with them for 7 years.
