★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento decepcionante. Mal olharam meu cabelo, não quiseram avaliar, apenas se RECUSARAM a me atender. Eu vi o site e me interessei pelo trabalho delas em entrelace. Fui à loja e ao chegar lá elas mal me cumprimentaram, não tiveram interesse em me vender o cabelo e se recusaram a olhar meu cabelo (isso tudo na frente de outros clientes, me constrangendo) e fazer o entrelace. Tenho um cabelo ondulado que chega a 6cm, fui em OUTRA LOJA e conseguiram trançar e entrelaçar normalmente. Geralmente eu não costumo avaliar mal os locais, além de sempre procurar ser gentil com as pessoas, mas realmente fiquei decepcionada com esse local. Espero que aprendam a ter mais gentileza, educação e cuidado ao lidar com os clientes.
Disappointing service. They barely looked at my hair, they did not want to evaluate, they just REFUSED to answer me. I saw the site and became interested in their work in interlacing. I went to the store and when they got there they barely greeted me, had no interest in selling me their hair and refused to look at my hair (that's all in front of other clients, embarrassing me) and interlock. I have curly hair that reaches 6cm, I went to ANOTHER STORE and managed to braid and intertwine normally. Usually I do not usually misjudge the locals, other than always try to be nice to people, but I really was disappointed with this place. I hope you learn to be more kind, polite and caring when dealing with clients.
