★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento até que foi bom, porém a gerente/vendedora Fátima taca a falar mal dos outros clientes na loja ( oque da uma sensação de que fará o mesmo com outros clientes) e fora os gritos ( fala muito alto e gritando com todos) muitos berros nos funcionários e sempre falando mal dos funcionários também , fiquei bem constrangida com todo palavriado e o tanto que falou mal dos funcionários, tive pena de quem trabalha ali! Fora isso a loja é bem vasta de produtos, estacionamento grátis p clientes , o café de lá salvou!
The service was good, but the manager / saleswoman Fátima tries to speak ill of the other customers in the store (which gives the feeling that she will do the same with other customers) and outside the screams (she speaks very loud and screaming at everyone) a lot of screaming in the employees and always speaking badly of the employees too, I was very embarrassed by all the words and how much I spoke ill of the employees, I felt sorry for those who work there! Other than that the store is very vast of products, free parking for customers, the coffee there saved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão industrial dia 26/11/20. No dia 27/1120 entrei em contato com a empresa para informar o defeito no fogão, péssimo atendimento pós venda, não resolveram meu problema e me trataram como se estivesse pedindo um favor. Terrível atendimento, não recomendo a ninguém.
I bought an industrial stove on 11/26/20. On 27/1120 I contacted the company to report the defect in the stove, terrible after-sales service, they didn't solve my problem and treated me as if I were asking for a favor. Terrible service, I do not recommend it to anyone.
