★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre compro as esfirras, são maravilhosas já fui algumas vezes e foi muito bom, mas na data de ontem, 20/01/21 fui muito mal atendida, quem estava lá estava com pressa de fechar as 15, chegou mais clientes se recusou a atender-los, mesmo sendo antes do horário de fechamento, achei péssimo, a pessoa sequer colocou guardanapo na mesa, atendeu com muita má vontade, não adianta ter a melhor esfirras e ser esse atendimento péssimo. Já fui outras vezes, e quando está uma mulher atendendo, é excelente, uma vez pedi pelo Ifood, ela que trouxe, mas dps de ontem, repensando se vale a pena

Oferece uma grande variedade de sabores, aberta ou fechada. O forte é a o delivery pois o local é pequeno, pelo o que contei 6 mesinhas de dois acentos, distribuídas num corredor estreito. A cozinha é cercada por "janelas" então dá para ver sua esfiha sendo feita. Uma única atendente faz os pedidos e serve as mesas, não que seja um problema pois como já disse como o local é pequeno não há demanda mais que dois funcionários para isso. O valor é justo.
Como alguns já disseram, um ponto fraco pode ser o tempo para fazer as esfihas.
Great esfiharia!
It offers a wide variety of flavors, open or closed. The strongest is the delivery because the place is small, so I counted 6 tables with two seats, distributed in a narrow corridor. The kitchen is surrounded by "windows" so you can see your esfiha being made. A single attendant makes the orders and serves the tables, not that it is a problem because as I said as the place is small there is no demand for more than two employees for this. The value is fair.
As some have said, a weak point may be the time to make the sfihas.

Eles cobram preço mais caro do que no ifood.
Ontem fiz um pedido com eles pelo whatsapp e me cobraram um valor maior do que se eu fizesse o mesmo pedido por ifood. Depois que comentei isso, me ofereceram um desconto de 7% se eu pagasse em dinheiro ou pix, mas em cima do valor do whats (que era maior do que do ifood).
Ou seja, 7% de desconto em cima do valor mais caro.
Pedindo diretamente, tinha que ser mais barato, pq o estabelecimento não pagaria taxa nenhuma pro APP
Ou, no máximo, igual. Agora, mais caro?
Primeira vez que vejo.

Be careful when ordering directly over the phone with this establishment.
They charge a higher price than ifood.
Yesterday I made an order with them by whatsapp and they charged me a higher amount than if I made the same order by ifood. After I commented this, I was offered a 7% discount if I paid in cash or pix, but on top of whats value (which was higher than ifood).
That is, 7% discount on top of the most expensive value.
Asking directly, it had to be cheaper, because the establishment would not pay any fees for the APP
Or, at most, equal. Now more expensive?
First time I see.
