★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A massa da esfiha é deliciosa (nunca vi tão macia), a entrega é rápida, e tirando o catupiry os outros ingredientes são muito bons. O catupiry parece de maizena de tão ruim (não me importaria de pagar mais em um produto de qualidade). Os telefones vivem ocupados, porque a pessoa que atende o telefone ainda atende balcão, até entendo a correria, mas se reclama, a obrigação é sua de esperar.. (mesmo já tendo esperado duas vezes na linha, porque em uma delas me esqueceram).
 The sfiha dough is delicious (I've never seen it so soft), delivery is fast, and apart from the catupiry the other ingredients are very good. The catupiry looks like cornstarch it's so bad (I wouldn't mind paying more for a quality product). The phones are always busy, because the person who answers the phone still works at the counter, I even understand the rush, but if you complain, it's your obligation to wait... (even though you've already waited twice on the line, because in one of them they forgot me) .

Compramos há 10 anos neste estabelecimento, e hoje tentamos fazer um pedido e não sabiam passar as informações sobre quais cartões são aceitos, nos passaram informações erradas e nos direcionaram para o Ifood.
The esfihas are delicious, but the service is lacking in some aspects. We shopped for 10 years at this establishment, and today we try to place an order and they didn't know how to pass information on which cards are accepted, they gave us wrong information and directed us to Ifood.
