★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível só pq eu estava fazendo uma troca a supervisora Silviada loja do centro de santos foi hostil comigo e nem importância deu e disse que não tinha o número que queria mas um vendedor muito simpático veio até mim e sentindo a hostilidade dela...Me atendeu trocou o tênis pelo número que queria olha um tênis de $200 reais que não se tem importância na hora da troca..Nessa loja do centro de santos não compro mas nada ..Data de hoje 09/02/2021 as 13:47 da tarde!!! Me chamo Ana Cristina e estou me perguntando como pode um despreparo desse!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre gostei muito da loja,era cliente a muito tempo, mais devido a essa situação que estamos vivendo da pandemia fiquei um bom tempo sem comprar na loja no começo do mês de junho fui até a loja escolhie um tênis quando foi fazer o crediário com o cartão da loja mi infomaro que não poderia usar o cartão para comprar poque está cancelado, então perguntei o motivo mi infomaro que era por falta de uso, achei um absurdo eles dão um cartão com validade até 2024 e na hora que você vai usar tá cancelado infelizmente ainda existe esse tipo de situação que as pessoas emves de simplificar a nossa vida complica cada vez mais. ????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja da joao pessoa em santos é péssima. Muitas vendedoras mas com muita ma vontade e fazendo reunião e batendo Palmas no centro da loja e cliente aguardando a boa vontade.
Somente 1 caixa e outras duas no telefone.
Solução: contratar um gerente....
