★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui ver um sapato branco pro meu irmão, demorei uns 30 minutos e nada, 4 pessoas ( contando com a gerente) não conseguiram, mesmo com a foto da caixa. A gerente que estava me atendendo, mandou um funcionário novo vir me atender e foi pedir desculpas pela demora para um senhor. Eles precisam tratar os seus clientes com igualdade.
Yesterday I went to see a white shoe for my brother, it took me about 30 minutes and nothing, 4 people (including the manager) couldn't do it, even with the photo of the box. The manager who was taking care of me sent a new employee to meet me and apologized for the delay to a gentleman. They need to treat their customers equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja da Costa e Silva Boqueirão Praia Grande hoje e ao chegar no caixa a operadora me ofereceu o cartão da loja onde eu ganharia 10% de desconto , ao chegar em casa percebi que foi gerado um juros altíssimo devido ao parcelamento que a operadora não me informou que teria , Estou ligando na loja e na central cai e ninguém atende , lastimável sinto que fui enganada por um falso desconto que só está me causando transtornos e aborrecimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinto pena de profissionais que não estão qualificados para realizar tais funções, sucessivamente a empresa toda sofre por não ter um bom preparo.
Sugiro que a gerente faça um curso de vendas, para saber como lidar com os clientes e com isso atingir as metas e objetivos da empresa.
Já fui na loja três vezes e me senti mal com a forma que ela aborda os clientes, e nitidamente força os funcionários a fazer o mesmo, de forma grosseira forçando o cliente a levar o produto.
Não volto mais!
I feel sorry for professionals who are not qualified to perform such functions, successively the whole company suffers for not having a good preparation.
I suggest that the manager take a sales course to learn how to deal with customers and thereby achieve the company's goals and objectives.
