Troquei a pelicula nao olhei na hora esta com bolha so reparei em casa, fui na loja pra eles trocar ela e o rapaz so ficou olhando e alisando e nao trocou, nao volto mais la, consideraçao pelo cliente zero! Se nao sabe colocar uma pelicula nao o faça! Agora vou ter q gastar mais por conta de um serviço mal feito!

â â â â â pĂ©ssima, levei meu celular pra substituir a tela e no dia seguinte sem mais e nem menos a tela apagou e nao voltou mais, levei la novamente e meu celular voltou com o touch muito ruim, pois levei la novamente e agora voltou com problema na camera, fora que dependo dele pra trabalhar e preciso muito da camera, mas agr nao tenho mais nem coragem de levar la novamente. um conselho, nao procure essa loja !!!!!!!!

â â â â â NĂŁo dĂŁo suporte tĂ©cnico, Comprei um POCO M3 com eles o celular parou de funcionar começou a dar erro reiniciei e ele parou, a loja quando recebeu falou "hĂĄ hj Ă© sabado nĂŁo troca peças mas segunda arrumamos" depois viram que tinha um pequeno trincado (que aconteceu bem antes do problema, e estava funcionando normal depois que meu menino derrubou ele), ai falaram que nĂŁo tem garantia pq tem um trinco pequeno na tela.
Porém o defeito não tem relação com o trinco só foi a desculpa para fugir da obrigação.
PS: A tela estava com a pelĂcula que eles venderam quando trincou_

They don't give technical support, I bought a POCO M3 with them, the cell phone stopped working, it started to give an error, I restarted and it stopped, the store when it received it said "it's saturday not change parts but we fix it Monday" then they saw that it had a small crack ( which happened right before the problem, and it was working normally after my boy dropped it), then they said it has no warranty because there is a small latch on the screen.
But the defect has nothing to do with the latch, it was just an excuse to escape the obligation.
PS: The screen had the film they sold when it cracked_
