Uma das coisas que mais gosto é pesquisar no site da Kalunga e verificar no site se o item que quero tem na loja do shopping. Tem como ver até o preço da loja física no site. Depois disso me desloco para loja e faço a aquisição do produto que eu quero. Acabo olhando outras coisas pelos corredores para ver se tem algo mais que eu queira. Boa variedade de ítens de papelaria, álcool gel, artigos de informática, etc. Mas frequentemente faltam sacolas de tamanho apropriado. Quase toda vez que vou lá só tem sacola tamanho gigante. Sempre fui bem atendido. É a livraria que faltava em nossa região.
Super organized space and easy to move around. Amazing variety of items. One of the things I like the most is searching Kalunga's website and checking the website if the item I want is in the store at the mall. You can even see the price of the physical store on the website. After that I go to the store and purchase the product I want. I end up looking at other things in the hallways to see if there's anything else I want. Good variety of stationery items, alcohol gel, computer items, etc. But appropriately sized bags are often lacking. Almost every time I go there, there's only a giant bag. I was always well attended. It is the missing bookstore in our region.

No geral, a loja tem uma grande variedade de ítens que estão bem apresendos.
