★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja do Carrefour Limao avisa no site e também com placa na porta, que fecha as 21 horas de segunda a sexta, no entanto cheguei as 20:55 de hoje, terca- feira, para retirar o produto que havia adquirido pela internet e a loja ja estava fechada e tudo escuro por dentro, deixando claro que ja estava fechada a mais tempo que isso, meu deslocamento foi a toa, que horário essa loja fecha afinal? E importante esclarecer para evitar que outro cliente tenha a mesma decepção.
The Carrefour Limao store advises on the website and also with a sign on the door, that it closes at 9 pm Monday to Friday, however I arrived at 8:55 pm today, Tuesday, to pick up the product I had purchased online and the The store was already closed and everything dark inside, making it clear that it had been closed longer than that, my shift was for nothing, what time does this store close anyway? Clean and organized place, attentive and helpful staff. Prices can be a little better, but nothing absurd, when there's a promotion it's really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/03/2022 fui até a loja comprar o uniforme escolar da prefeitura da minha filha. Me disseram que em 20 dias chegaria. Hoje é dia 10/04/2022 ainda não chegou. Eu ligo na loja, as pessoas que atendem dizem que não há previsão de entrega. E quase todas as ligações os funcionários falam com preguiça de passar a informação, o desinteresse é claro na sua voz. Sequer eles dão satisfação da demora, e daí eu entro e contato e acabo tendo um atendimento moroso, um atendimento péssimo. Minha próxima etapa agora é acionar o Procon, porque não tenho mais ânimo de ligar nessa loja.
On 03/11/2022 I went to the store to buy my daughter's city hall school uniform. I was told it would arrive in 20 days. Today is the 10/04/2022th, it still hasn't arrived. I call the store, the people who answer say that there is no delivery forecast. And almost all the calls the employees speak too lazy to pass the information, the disinterest is clear in their voice. They don't even give satisfaction for the delay, and then I get in touch and end up having a slow service, a terrible service. My next step now is to activate Procon, because I no longer have the courage to call this store.

Second time I go to this store and the air conditioning is not working... It's suffocating! The store is large, but it gets extremely stuffy without the air on...
