★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente. Os vendedores sabem onde fica cada coisa, mesmo que não seja do seu setor. E te acompanham até o local onde está exposto aquilo que você precisa. E os preços são como em quase toda loja: alguns são baratos e outros caros. Ou seja: tem que pesquisar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendida nessa unidade da Kalunga, pedi para ver uma das canetas Crown que ficam guardadas dentro do armário, a atendente me tratou como se eu fosse roubar a mercadoria. Pedi para ela me mostrar um modelo e ela respondeu: " O que você quer ver aí?" Abriu com má vontade e me respondia de modo ríspido. Só comprei porque precisava com urgência. Não volto mais.
Very poorly attended at this Kalunga unit, I asked to see one of the Crown pens that are stored inside the closet, the attendant treated me as if I was going to steal the merchandise. I asked her to show me a model and she replied, "What do you want to see there?" He opened it grudgingly and answered me sharply. I only bought it because I needed it urgently. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente já tive problemas na loja por três vezes e também já soube de outras pessoas que foram destratadas por funcionários. Mas enfim, o motivo da minha troca de avaliação é pelo simples fato de que ontem estava fazendo compra de material escolar para duas crianças, com um carrinho cheio e ao solicitar um marca texto que fica na vitrine, a funcionária sequer me deixou avaliá-lo nas minhas mãos e disse para solicitar no caixa. Resultado? Na hora de passar as compras ninguém lembrou do marca texto e eu acabei não o levando, só percebi em casa.
Então fica uma dica para a empresa e colaboradores, se uma pessoa está com um carrinho lotado de materiais, com mais de duzentos reais sendo gastos (o que talvez pra vocês seja insignificante), a probabilidade da pessoa querer roubar UM MARCA TEXTO é inexistente. Até porque, seguindo essa lógica, se eu fosse ladra existem muitos outros ítens pequenos que facilmente caberiam na bolsa.
Coloquem cameras na loja, porque esse tipo de atitude além de constrangedora, visto que só falta dizerem pro cliente "vou deixar ali no caixa pra você não roubar, tá?", ainda gera um estresse desnecessário e experiência como consumidor péssima!
Por último: aproveitem e coloquem dispositivos eletrônicos para verificar o preço na loja, já que diversos produtos não possui tag ou preço e é preciso pedir pros funcionários buscarem o valor no sistema.

But anyway, the reason for my change of evaluation is for the simple fact that yesterday I was shopping for school supplies for two children, with a full cart and when requesting a highlighter that is in the window, the employee did not even let me evaluate it in my hands and told to ask for it at the cashier. Result? When it was time to go shopping, no one remembered the highlighter and I ended up not taking it, I only noticed it at home.
So here's a tip for the company and employees, if a person has a cart full of materials, with more than two hundred reais being spent (which maybe for you is insignificant), the probability of the person wanting to steal A BRAND TEXT is non-existent. Also because, following this logic, if I were a thief there are many other small items that would easily fit in my purse.
Put cameras in the store, because this kind of attitude, besides being embarrassing, since all you need to do is say to the customer "I'll leave it there at the cashier so you don't steal, okay?", still generates unnecessary stress and a terrible experience as a consumer!
Finally: take advantage and place electronic devices to check the price in the store, since many products do not have a tag or price and it is necessary to ask employees to search for the value in the system.
