★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja completa. Mas no dia 02 de maio fui na loja e comprei 3 itens e acabei perdendo minha carteira lá quando dei conta voltei pra verificar se alguma atendente tinha achado. Mas o atendimento foi péssimo.
Liguei pelo telefone e solicitei aguardar o atendente me disse que alguém entraria em contato pó telefone ou e-mail e até agora nada infelizmente.
 A complete store. But on May 2nd I went to the store and bought 3 items and ended up losing my wallet there when I realized I went back to check if any attendant had found it. But the service was terrible.
I called by phone and asked to wait, the attendant told me that someone would contact me by phone or email and so far nothing unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda, comprei uma mercadoria em uma sexta à noite, a mesma não vinha o acessório da imagem da caixa, fui no sábado pedir a devolução do valor e o gerente com um mal humor absurdo me disse que faria o reembolso em até 7 dias úteis em conta corrente já que comprei no cartão de débito A VISTA! Péssima política de troca! Poderiam informar seus vendedores sobre o equipamento que vendem na loja!
Terrible after-sales service, I bought a product on a Friday night, it did not come with the accessory in the box image, I went on Saturday to ask for a refund and the manager with an absurd bad mood told me that he would make the refund within 7 days current account since I bought it on the A VISTA debit card! Bad exchange policy! They could inform their salespeople about the equipment they sell in the store!
