★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 24/03/2021 fui a loja para comprar um cavalete com quadro branco, pedimos pra o Gerente nos informar o tamanho ele disse q não sabia, perguntamos a ele se ele podia ver e nos dizer pq estavamos querendo levar o cavalete, o quadro de aviso mais materias de expediente. Depois disso ficamos em dúvida entre essa cavalete e outro q era o dobro do valor e perguntamos se era melhor um o outro. Ele simplesmente de forma bem grossa disse que não sabia por que não era tecnico de quadro. Um desrespeito enorme do inicio da chegada quando pergutamos sobre o tamanho e nada ele sabia responder até ao fim da nossa saida da loja. Eu falei pra ele que ele precisava ter modos pra responder um cliente e observasse a forma que falou conosco. Ficamos extremamente chateados com o atendimento desse gerente q fica na parte da tarde, um alto com cabelo meio grisalho e um pouco forte. Mal sabe ele como é dificio conquistar e manter clientes no mercado competitivo e em meio a uma pandemia. Um detalhe interessante é q a loja quase não tinha clientes e os que entram eles mesmo botam pra correr.
Yesterday 03/24/2021 I went to the store to buy an easel with white board, we asked the Manager to inform us the size he said he didn't know, we asked him if he could see it and tell us why we were wanting to take the easel, the board notice plus expedient materials. After that we were in doubt between this easel and another one that was twice the value and asked if each other was better. He just plainly said that he did not know why he was not a painting technician. A huge disrespect from the beginning of the arrival when we asked about the size and he knew nothing to answer until the end of our departure from the store. I told him that he needed to have ways to answer a customer and observe the way he spoke to us. We were extremely upset with the service of this manager who is in the afternoon, a tall man with gray hair and a little strong. Little does he know how difficult it is to win and keep customers in the competitive market and in the midst of a pandemic. An interesting detail is that the store had almost no customers and those who come in themselves run.
