★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a visita de um funcionário da empresa Kamacho Piso Laminado e desde o início a experiência foi ruim. Fomos enrolados do início ao fim por esta empresa que não presa pelo respeito ao cliente, tampouco responsabilidade e qualidade do serviço.
Em resumo, para não perder mais tempo com essa empresa, paguei por um serviço que não foi terminado. Fui enrolado e "cozinhado" pelo funcionário da empresa e pelo suposto dono, senhor Wagner, por quase 2 meses, cobrando e tendo a visita remarcada dia após dia. Para no final ter que pedir meu dinheiro de volta e ficar com o serviço porco, inacabado no meio da minha cozinha.
Melhor estava antes do que agora. Serviço mal feito, inacabado, que me fez perder tempo, dinheiro e não ter solucionado meu problema!
Empresa que engana, faz o cliente de trouxa, brinca com a sua cara e não entrega o serviço.
Fraca, sem profissionalismo! Fujam desse entojo.
I requested a visit from an employee of the Kamacho Piso Laminate company and from the beginning the experience was bad. We were enlisted from start to finish by this company that is not tied to respect for the customer, nor responsibility and quality of service.
In short, in order not to waste any more time with this company, I paid for a service that wasn't finished. I was wrapped up and "cooked" by the company employee and the supposed owner, Mr. Wagner, for almost 2 months, charging and having the visit rescheduled day after day. To end up having to ask for my money back and get the pig service, unfinished in the middle of my kitchen.
Better it was before than now. Poorly done, unfinished service, which made me waste time, money and not have solved my problem!
Company that deceives, makes the customer a muggle, plays with their face and does not deliver the service.
Weak, unprofessional! Run away from this entojo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira foi excelente, ma pra minha surpresa marquei uma visita para avaliar uma complementação e um novo serviço, depois de marcar e ficar esperando recebi um não categórico, alegando que não usam , o proprio material deixado para uma emergencia e o novo nem interessa. Não recomendo.
