★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cabelo é vendido com prazo de devolução de uma semana, porém o após a segunda ou terceira lavagem o cabelo sai o produto que deixa liso, macio e incrível e vira um cabelo totalmente sem qualidade. O cabelo amanhece enredado em bolas, ao lavar é impossível desenredar, seco e áspero. Sou cliente da Kamala tem três anos e infelizmente a qualidade dos cabelos vem caindo significativamente. A pré venda é incrível, rápido, ágil e eficiente, porém o pós venda não, você não tem retorno da sua reclamação e nenhuma assistência ou preocupação com o cliente, após a compra você vira um nada para eles. Lamentável!
The hair is sold with a return period of one week, but after the second or third wash the hair leaves the product that leaves it smooth, soft and incredible and turns into totally unattractive hair. The hair dawns tangled in balls, when washing it is impossible to disentangle, dry and rough. I have been a client of Kamala for three years and unfortunately hair quality has been dropping significantly. The pre-sale is incredible, fast, agile and efficient, but the post-sale is not, you have no return on your complaint and no assistance or concern with the customer, after the purchase you become nothing to them. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável! Após nem um mês de uso, não posso nem suar que o cabelo vira um bolo, cheio de nó! Lavar tem sido um horror, pq mesmo com mto creme e hidratação, eh difícil desembaraçar! Para ter um feedback da empresa, so enviando o cabelo para análise, ou seja, que fiquemos sem cabelo, ou gastemos outros 3-4K reais para “não ficar sem”
Decepcionada! Aquele cabelo liso e maravilhoso? Não existe, basta lavar algumas vezes e pode ser com o melhor shampoo.... ele só eh perfeito na loja! A menina que me vendeu o cabelo é uma fofa, infelizmente tem que “obedecer” regras... regras essas que só favorecem os donos! Se fosse em outro país, no mínimo devolveriam o dinheiro ou dariam outro cabelo no lugar! Enfins... pense bem antes de gastar seu dinheiro.... são 19 anos usando megahair, não sou inexperiente no assunto, mas dessa vez me dei mal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me desloquei de longe para fazer um curso onde vendem uma coisa que não é realmente de qualidade , do curso em si não tenho o que falar porém o cabelo sueco vendido como de melhor qualidade superior até o brasileiro , depois de algumas lavagens embaraçou , usei vários produtos de ótima qualidade e não adiantou esse cabelo não pode ver nem a brisa do mar embola de uma maneira que até quebra o cabelo natural para desembaraçar, mandei para análise e falaram que o cabelo perdeu nutrientes ,fiz vários tratamentos e não adiantou o cabelo embola até durante o dia, a empresa não devolve o dinheiro e nem troca o cabelo ,e como vi que não foi só comigo que isso aconteceu estou deixando aqui o FEEDBACK em fim foi dinheiro jogado no lixo literalmente .
I went from far away to take a course where they sell something that is not really of quality , I have nothing to say about the course itself , but Swedish hair sold as better superior quality to Brazilian hair , after a few washes it got snarled , I used several products of great quality and it didn't help, this hair can't even see the sea breeze curls in a way that even breaks the natural hair to untangle it, I sent it for analysis and they said that the hair lost nutrients, I did several treatments and it didn't help the hair curls even during the day, the company does not return the money or change the hair, and as I saw that it wasn't just me that happened I'm leaving the FEEDBACK here in the end it was money literally thrown away.
