O sushi veio tudo azedo, o sashimi de atum estava fedendo entrei em contato com o restaurante disseram que iam entregar outra comida mas estou esperando até hoje! Além de me mandarem uma coisa estragada o restaurante não cumpre com a palavra! PÉSSIMO!
I ordered a combo, and 15 sashimi cuts! The sushi was all sour, the tuna sashimi was stinking I contacted the restaurant they said they would deliver another food but I'm waiting until today! In addition to sending me something spoiled, the restaurant does not keep its word! TERRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui em todos da região dos lagos e o Kami com certeza é o melhor. A experiência, variedade de pratos especiais do chefe e o sabor são incríveis!
Dá pra ver em cada prato como são feitos com carinho, o atendimento é muito bom.
Fui em dia de casa cheia e mais tranquilos e o atendimento foi o mesmo.
Feliz por ter chego em Cabo Frio um restaurante japonês com essa qualidade.
Obs: vou pelo menos 2 vezes no mês.
I've been in all of the lakes region and Kami is certainly the best. The experience, variety of chef's special dishes and the taste are incredible!
You can see in each dish how they are made with care, the service is very good.
I went in full house day and quieter and the service was the same.
Happy to have arrived in Cabo Frio a Japanese restaurant of this quality.
Note: I go at least 2 times in the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editado em 02/04/19: Fiquei sabendo que o restaurante vai fechar (ou já fechou). Fui pela primeira vez para conhecer e a experiência foi péssima. As atendentes batendo cabeça e aparentemente sem preparo algum. Inicialmente demorou uns 15 minutos ou mais só para fazermos o pedido. Após fazer o pedido, demorou muito para começarem a chegar os pratos e quando chegaram, tudo bem abaixo da quantidade solicitada (era rodízio). Ao reclamarmos com a atendente informaram que tudo que pedimos já tinha ido e que estaria tudo correto. Por enquanto merece apenas 1 estrela, se algum dia eu voltar (o que acho difícil depois dessa experiência) e notar uma melhora, aí sim posso rever essa avaliação.
Edited on 04/02/19: I learned that the restaurant will close (or already closed). I went for the first time to meet and the experience was awful. The attendants banged their heads and apparently without any preparation. Initially it took about 15 minutes or more just to order. After ordering, it took a long time for the plates to arrive and when they arrived, well below the requested quantity (it was a carvery). When we complained to the attendant, they informed us that everything we asked for was already gone and that everything would be correct. For now it deserves only 1 star, if someday I return (which I find difficult after this experience) and notice an improvement, then I can review this evaluation.
