As medidas de prevenção impostas durante a pandemia são respeitadas, o local é bem arejado e há bastante espaço entre as mesas.
As porções servem até duas pessoas e tem preços ótimos pelo tamanho delas. Pedimos o 'ceviche de tilápia', o 'bao de costela suína' e a porção de 'shimeji'. Todas chegaram à mesa sem espera, tudo fresco e bem temperado.
Pedimos também os 'pokes' de salmão grelhado e salmão fresco. Todos os ingredientes pareciam frescos também. Tudo estava delicioso e a porção é grande. Se você come bastante o poke grande já basta.
O atendimento foi excelente. Garçons solícitos, atendimento rápido, sem espera para os pratos.
We went to visit the restaurant on the 13th of January.
The prevention measures imposed during the pandemic are respected, the place is well ventilated and there is plenty of space between tables.
The portions serve up to two people and have great prices for their size. We ordered the 'tilapia ceviche', the 'pork rib bao' and the 'shimeji' portion. All arrived at the table without waiting, all fresh and well seasoned.
We also ordered the grilled salmon 'pokes' and fresh salmon. All the ingredients looked fresh too. Everything was delicious and the portion is big. If you eat a lot the big poke is enough.
The service was excellent. Friendly waiters, quick service, no waiting for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi na vida, completamente despreparados para atender o cliente. Ontem dia 05/02/22 estávamos em 6 pessoas para jantar.
Chegamos o restaurante estava fazio, a menina organizou uma mesa pra gente.
Outras pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas antes.
Pedimos as bebidas 3x e nada vinha pra mesa. Perderam muita venda, pois deixamos de consumir por conta da demora para servir, cerveja e água já vem pronta, só botar na mesa.
A mesma pessoa que ficava no caixa, fazia pedido, servia e ficava cozinha. A outra tinha outra atendente que parecia uma porta de tão devagar. A comida chegou, a atendente não colocou na mesa talher, hashi, guardanapo nem shoyo. Pedimos os hashi 5x, até meu cunhado falar que ia comer com a mão. Após isso pedi guardanapo mais 3x, levantei para pegar e a porta da atendente me diz: "já vou levar" isso já havia passado mais de 1h entre o pedido e a comida chegar. Pedi shoyo, ela colocou 2 saches para uma mesa com 6 pessoas, as outras mesas tinham frasco, na nossa não tinha nada. Triste pois a comida é boa, sempre fiz pedido pelo ifood. E esse acho que era o maior problema. Priorizaram as entregas e os clientes presenciais que se virem. Péssimo mesmo.
Worst service I've ever seen in my life, completely unprepared to serve the customer. Yesterday 05/02/22 we were with 6 people for dinner.
When we arrived, the restaurant was ready, the girl organized a table for us.
Other people who arrived later were attended to earlier.
We ordered drinks 3x and nothing came to the table. They lost a lot of sales, because we stopped consuming because of the delay in serving, beer and water comes ready, just put it on the table.
The same person who was at the cashier, ordered, served and was in the kitchen. The other had another attendant who looked like a door so slowly. The food arrived, the attendant did not put cutlery, chopsticks, napkins or soy sauce on the table. We ordered chopsticks 5x, until my brother-in-law said he was going to eat with his hand. After that, I asked for a napkin 3 more times, I got up to get it and the attendant's door tells me: "I'm going to take it" that more than 1h had passed between the order and the food arrived. I ordered soy sauce, she put 2 sachets for a table with 6 people, the other tables had a bottle, ours had nothing. Sad because the food is good, I always ordered from ifood. And that I think was the biggest problem. They prioritized deliveries and face-to-face customers. Really bad.
