★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trata-se de uma loja sem respeito por pessoas mais velhas e simples. Aproveitaram-se do fato de minha mãe ser idosa e sem instrução para a enganarem. Algo muito lamentável. Pra completar, deram um número errado para ela acompanhar a solicitação.

They do not know what a deadline is. They delivered the furniture 4x later. After 20 days it became 80. They didn't give me any satisfaction and they rolled me up. Avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi o movel mas nenhum número do espelho do pedido atende. Estou há 5 dias tentando contato para agendar a montagem e NADA! alem disso a nota fiscal nao veio na mercadoria. AGUARDO comunicação urgente. O telefone informado aqui nao existe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi meus moveis primeiro vendedora falou que montador vinha junto no sabado como nao veio liguei segunda .entao me seram prazo de 3a 4 dias uteis entaõ desmontei o antigo e vencendo os 4 dias liguei para loja então muito grossa a vendedoea faloy que ali so tira notas qiwe eu aguarsasse a fila .entao reclamei pois não foi isso falado ato da compra .w nem tenho contato com entregador sendo assim a loja tem se resposabilizar pela montagwm dando prazo correto .pessimo atendimento não recomendo a ninguém

Then I had 3 to 4 working days, so I dismantled the old one and after 4 days I called the store so it was sold very thick and the faloy that only takes notes there qiwe I wait for the queue. Then I complained because it was not said during the purchase .w I don't even have contact with the delivery person, so the store has to take responsibility for montagwm giving the correct deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda roupa, nessa loja, no dia 24/05, me disseram que levaria 5 dias uteis para montar. Hj dia 04/06/2022 ainda não me fizeram contato para agendar a montagem do Guarda Roupa. Ligo nos dois números de telefones existentes na nota......ninguém atende!!!!!
