Políticas de devolução de peças completamente limitadas, comprei uma peça e fui devolvê-la sem uso, dentro de 1 hora após a compra, pedi o estorno do valor porém informaram que não poderiam devolver o dinheiro, eu teria que trocar por produtos da loja no valor gasto, pois bem, sem opção acabei trocando os produtos, pedi que fosse sem uma nova nota fiscal, com meus dados fiscais, aonde dissese que eu pedi o estorno do valor porém foi negado, e informado que somente poderia trocar por produtos no mesmo valor da compra de origem, não colocaram meus dados (CPF, NOME E ETC) Na NF, sai super insatisfeito, com 4 produtos que não tinha interesse em adquirir...
Sem contar que ainda no momento da emissão da nova NF, segundo as funcionarias o sistema não estava funcionandentão fizeeram apenas um comprovante manual, aonde citava as peças trocadas e um carimbo sem o CNPJ da empresa.
Experiência péssima.

Not to mention that even at the time of issuance of the new invoice, according to the employees, the system was not working, so they only made a manual receipt, which quoted the exchanged parts and a stamp without the company's CNPJ.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da loja, e ontem passei meio apressado para trocar a bateria e fui informado que eles não dariam a garantia se o acessório não fosse desligado (carregador de celular) de bate pronto eu disse, sem problemas pode desligar, ao receber a moto após a troca da bateria a mesma estava com os fios e terminais do carregador pendurados pra fora conforme indicado na foto, o que de ontem para hoje ocasionou pequenos riscos na aba lateral, hoje fui lá e eles colocaram os fios pra dentro.
Enfim fiquei decepcionado com o serviço, o valor das peças é atrativo mas a mão de obra infelizmente deixou a desejar.
