Também pude participar de um Gashuku organizado pelo Sensei Gilson, o que só aumentou meu respeito pela pessoa e pelo Karateka.

Tem horários de manhã e à noite, de segunda a quinta. Aos sábados, aulas especiais com 2 horas de duração, inclusas na mensalidade.
Tem desconto para pagamento antecipado e para planos trimestrais.
Segue todas os protocolos de biossegurança e para aqueles que preferirem, tem aulas online tbm.
O professor Gilson é sexto Dan do estilo shotokan e possui um altíssimo nível técnico, além de ser muito simpático e receptivo.
Possui aulas para crianças tbm, das 17:45 às 18:30. Horário excelente para aqueles q estudam à tarde.
Recomendo àqueles que querem iniciar no karatê e àqueles que já treinam e querem elevar seu nível técnico.
