★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aniversário da minha neta Julia, não conhecia, foi uma ótima surpresa, desde a chegada até a saída foi mais que bom, com as garçonetes nos entulhando de petiscos, pizza, salgados, doces, sucos, refrigerantes e outras coisas mais. Há e o melhor de tudo é que o salão dos brinquedos radicais inclusive arvorismo, em fim show de bola ???

Ontem foi 1 aninho do meu filho na casa e os convidados elogiaram muito. Salgadinho, janta, bolo td gostoso. Sem falar na variedade de brinquedos para as crianças de 1 mês até 99 anos (rs*). I would like to thank the whole team, especially Diego and Dayane for the patience, attention and affection that my family and I were treated in everything... Yesterday was a year of my son's house and the guests praised him a lot. Snacks, dinner, delicious cake. Not to mention the variety of toys for children from 1 month to 99 years old (lol*). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado 05/02 foi a festa de 1 aninho do meu filho no Karetas. Eu estou extremamente APAIXONADA por todos os detalhes do Karetas, equipe nota mil, eles cuidam de todos os detalhes. Buffet excelente!!! Meus convidados não param de me elogiar pela linda festa e pelo buffet muito bem servido. A decoração do Mickey safari foi a decoração mais top que eu já vi??? estou encantada. Nem tenho palavras para detalhar a casa de festa ela é perfeita!!!! Brinquedos sensacionais. Enfim.... Equipe Karetas meu muitíssimo obrigada!!!!! Vocês estão de parabéns!!!!! Com certeza farei outras festas com vcs. Até a próxima ❤️
Saturday 05/02 was my son's 1st birthday party at Karetas. I am extremely PASSIONATE about all the details of Karetas, team of a thousand, they take care of all the details. Excellent buffet!!! My guests can't stop praising me for the beautiful party and the very well served buffet. Mickey safari decoration was the best decoration I've ever seen ??? I'm delighted. I don't even have words to detail the party house it's perfect!!!! Sensational toys. Anyway.... Team Karetas, thank you very much!!!!! You are to be congratulated!!!!! I will definitely do other parties with you. Until next time ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom demorei pra avaliar pois eu pensei que a festa da minha filha foi um problema pontual visto os inúmeros elogios que eu vi aqui antes de contratar o salão, mas vi que não é pois dessa vez fui como convidada e os problemas foram os mesmos, demora para servir, só serviram dois tipos de salgados, queijo e queijo com presunto e um aipim gordura pura.
Rodízio de pizza? A minha mesa era a última, minha mesa tinham 3 pessoas, só tinha uma pizza na bandeja e ela não voltou pra terminar de servir.
Bolo gostoso mas uma finura que só, copos são retirados da mesa para serem lavados mas lavam igual a cara, voltam molhados e sujos de batom.
Tive muita reclamação na festa da minha filha, muita coisa do que foi prometido no dia de fechar não foi servido, não teve o churros, espagueto, vários salgados e vários doces.
Não sei se foi pq o Diego não estava presente na festa nem na minha e nem na aque eu fui, eu relatava os problemas e o rapaz fazia ouvido de mercador, ar condicionado não funciona, tudo quente. O salão se vende pelos brinquedos, mas pela comida esquece. No dia da degustação são vários tipos de salgado, mas no dia da festa só servem dois tipos. Não vale o preço que é pago. E não é barato, é o mais caro da região pra ter esse descaso todo. Relutei em vim pois como disse pensei que o problema fosse pontual da minha festa, mas pelo o que eu vi ontem.
Sem contar que na hora do bolo novamente faltou bolo na minha mesa, quando voltou o bolo já não tinha docinho pois a menina disse que já tinha acabado. Do meu lado só uma menina estava servindo, a casa estava lotada pois tinham cadeiras até do lado do escorrega, uma menina sendo um lado só é pouca coisa. Revejam isso.

Tasty cake but a finesse that only, glasses are removed from the table to be washed but they wash just like the face, they come back wet and smeared with lipstick.
I had a lot of complaints at my daughter's party, a lot of what was promised on the closing day was not served, there was no churros, spaghetti, several snacks and several sweets.
I don't know if it was because Diego wasn't present at the party, neither at mine nor at the one I went to, I reported the problems and the guy listened to a merchant's ear, the air conditioning didn't work, everything was hot. The salon sells itself for toys, but forgets about food. On the day of the tasting, there are several types of salty, but on the day of the party they only serve two types. Not worth the price paid. And it's not cheap, it's the most expensive in the region to have all this neglect. I was reluctant to come because as I said I thought the problem was one of my party, but from what I saw yesterday.
Not to mention that at the time of the cake again there was no cake on my table, when the cake came back there was no sweetie because the girl said it was already over. On my side, only one girl was serving, the house was full because there were chairs even on the side of the slide, a girl being one side is just a little thing. Review this.
