Comprei um piso Karina pra realizar meu sonho comprei até mas que o pedreiro pediu pra sobrar infelizmente vcs não tem respeito com seus clientes na cx de piso vem falando que são 7 peças e aí só e 6 peças foi enganada na cara dura .Mas meus direitos eu vou atrasar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos parceiros, não cumprem prazo de entrega, e não disponibilizam o material que é acordado aos clientes, dessa forma acabamos ficando na mão, o vendedor Felipe não dá o devido suporte quando há qqr problema, dando na maioria das vezes informações incompatíveis com a realidade, quando retorna. Totalmente insatisfeito, apesar de terem excelentes peças infelizmente é impossível trabalhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa produz produtos de boa qualidade, porém existe um verdadeiro descaso com os profissionais responsáveis pela retirada dos mesmos. É sem dúvidas a indústria cerâmica com a pior expedição, informações contraditórias e um tempo excessivo para concluir a operação. Outra falha grave é a confirmação de produtos disponíveis para atender as vendas casadas e somente após algumas horas esperando no carregamento, é que o comprador descobre que a informação era falsa.
Imagino que a empresa não acredite que a satisfação dos clientes é vital para sua continuação no mercado. Uma pena!
