Péssimo atendimento e total desprezo por seus clientes.
Comprei diversos itens, inclusive uma meia de criança para Ballet, por orientação da vendedora Fernanda.
Ao chegar em casa verifiquei que o numero recomendado pela Fernanda era pequeno. A loja não aceitou a troca, dizendo ser esta a política da casa. Tentei conversar com outros funcionários e a gerente se recusou a me atender.
Abram o olho senhores clientes!!! Karmus Magazine, nunca mais!

Terrible service and total contempt for its customers.
I bought several items, including a children's sock for Ballet, by the guidance of the saleswoman Fernanda.
When I got home I found that the number recommended by Fernanda was small. The store did not accept the exchange, saying that this is the policy of the house. I tried to talk to other employees and the manager refused to answer me.
Open your eyes to the customers !!! Karmus Magazine, never again!
