Após muito apelo de nossa parte e promessas de entrega, não recebemos nossa encomenda. Desde 2017 entregamos estes kits, nossos funcionários já contam com isto para a ceia de Natal de suas famílias, imaginem o transtorno e frustração que a Karne e Keijo provocou em nossa empresa. Total desorganização e descaso com cliente.
 On 12/2/20, I bought 52 Seara Christmas kits for my company's employees, with delivery scheduled for 12/22/20. After much appeal from us and promises of delivery, we did not receive our order. Since 2017 we have delivered these kits, our employees are already counting on this for their family's Christmas dinner, imagine the inconvenience and frustration that Karne and Keijo caused in our company. Total disorganization and neglect with the client.

Para minha infelicidade, ao receber o caminhão desta empresa com meu pedido, não foi enviado nem a nota fiscal nem o boleto do pagamento.
Como eu comprava com uma certa frequência, existiam 3 notas em aberto neste mês.
O boleto que nao me foi entregue e nem enviado no recebimento, tornou-se um assunto solto.
Acabei pagando o boleto posterior e o que deveríamos pagar me foi sinalizado 1 dia antes da data do pagamento.
Solicitei a vendedora 2 dias para poder pagar que prontamente disse que iria resolver isso.
A vendedora saiu de férias e ai mais uma vez o assunto ficou solto, moral da história, tive que pagar MULTA .
Não estou reclamando por causa do valor, mas sim da conduta desta empresa com seu cliente.
Nunca mais vou comprar com vocês
I'm a businessman, and I started buying directly from Karne Keijo.
Unfortunately for me, when I received the truck from this company with my order, neither the invoice nor the payment slip was sent.
As I bought with a certain frequency, there were 3 notes open this month.
The billet that was neither delivered to me nor sent upon receipt became a loose matter.
I ended up paying the later ticket and what we had to pay was signaled to me 1 day before the payment date.
I asked the seller for 2 days to pay, who promptly said she would fix it.
The seller went on vacation and once again the subject was loose, moral of the story, I had to pay FINE.
I'm not complaining about the value, but the conduct of this company with its customer.
I will never buy with you again
