★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja com a minha namorada pesquisar valores, pois vou começar a trabalhar com balões personalizados, então estava com um caderninho e uma caneta. Não fui atendida por ninguém, mas de repente aparece uma senhora super mal educada, me abordando como se eu fosse um lixo e quando fui perguntar valor de um suporte de balão, ela me perguntou se eu estava fazendo pesquisa, eu respondi que sim porque estou começando a trabalhar com balões personalizados, ela olhou pro meu caderno e me perguntou se eu era de outra loja, sugerindo que eu fosse de algum concorrente dela. Eu falei que não, continuei minha pesquisa sem nenhum suporte de atendimento e sai de lá sem perguntar valores de gás Hélio e personalização de adesivos que eventualmente eu iria consumir bastante caso fosse mais viáveis pra mim. Fiquei me sentindo muito mal.
Péssimo atendimento, não volto lá nem que os valores sejam mais em conta.
I went to the store with my girlfriend to research values, because I'm going to start working with personalized balloons, so I had a notebook and a pen. I wasn't seen by anyone, but suddenly a super rude lady appears, approaching me as if I were rubbish and when I asked for the value of a balloon support, she asked me if I was doing research, I said yes because I am starting to work with custom balloons, she looked at my notebook and asked me if I was from another store, suggesting I was from a competitor of hers. I said no, I continued my research without any service support and left without asking for Helium gas values and customization of stickers that I would eventually consume a lot if it were more viable for me. I was feeling really bad.
Bad service, I don't go back there even if the values are more affordable.

As pessoas que estavam na fila que me cederam a vez, porém não passei, me recuso a comprar em lugares que as pessoas não tem o mínimo de noção, e que não seguem as e
leis, deixei as compras lá. Pois uma loja desse tamanho deveria estar dentro da lei.
Lei de nº 10.048 que dá a pessoas com algumas condições atendimento preferencial, entre elas bebê de colo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, os preços da loja vc faz duas festas, o atendimento é péssimo, o parcelamento apenas duas vezes, sem suporte nenhum ao consumidor, na Luís Faccini tudo é mais em conta e na ama festas na sete de setembro, comprei bastante coisa lá e me arrependi, teria comprado duas vezes mais em outros lugares, pesquisem.
