★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento com a Dr Karol Lapa é muito bom e recomendo. Só fica a desejar o atendimento na recepção, acho que falta por parte da atendente melhor preparo e paciência com os clientes, tanto por ligação quanto presencialmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a clínica devido á falta de investimento, em atendimento ao público, pois a atendente da recepção é péssima, fala sem olhar na cara dos pacientes, passa o horário de trabalho todo no celular, ouvi áudios em volume alto que chega a ser incomodante, não tem se quer água para beber direito, das vezes que fui tinha uma garrafa com água descongelada e não tinha bebedouro, e sem contar o banheiro, imundo, sem materiais de limpeza básicos, papel de higiene e sabonete líquido... misericordia.
A clínica também possui poquissimos lugares para os pacientes, as vezes tem quem fique em pé.
PRECISA INVESTIR MAIS NA CLÍNICA, por fora está toda apagada a pintura e dificulta achar no mapa...
A doutora não explica sobre os procedimento e fica conversando FUTULIDADES com a auxiliar de odontologia durante o atendimento.
Mais uma vez reforço que precisa trocar a atendente, ela responde horas depois no whatsapp. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA CLÍNICA DE JEITO NENHUM.
I don't recommend the clinic due to the lack of investment in public service, because the receptionist is terrible, speaks without looking at the patients' faces, spends all working hours on the cell phone, I heard audio at a high volume that gets to be annoying , there is no water to drink properly, the times I went there was a bottle with thawed water and no drinking fountain, and not to mention the bathroom, filthy, without basic cleaning materials, toilet paper and liquid soap... mercy.
The clinic also has very few places for patients, sometimes there are those who stand.
YOU NEED TO INVEST MORE IN THE CLINIC, on the outside the painting is all erased and it is difficult to find it on the map...
The doctor does not explain the procedure and keeps talking FUTULITIES with the dental assistant during the service.
Once again reinforcement that needs to change the attendant, she responds hours later on whatsapp. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IN ANY WAY.
