★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível!!! Fui comprar ferro para construção. Ao me aproximar do balcão o vendedor, que não sei o nome, me tratou super mal, com o seguinte termo: "ei, daí pra fora". Até entendo que estávamos e tempo de pandemia, mas ao mesmo tempo não existia nenhuma indicação nem nenhuma delimitação para que eu me informasse de que não poderia entrar próximo ao balcão!!! Mesmo que tivesse, ele, o vendedor, não poderia nunca tratar uma pessoa com esses termo, bastava informar o motivo que eu teria me afastado!!! Se só existir o produto que eu queira comprar nesta loja, vou a outra cidade, mesmo gastando gasolina mas não compro mais nem um friso de cabelo nesta loja.
Horrible service!!! I went to buy iron for construction. When I approached the counter, the salesman, whose name I don't know, treated me very badly, with the following term: "hey, get out there". I even understand that it was a pandemic time, but at the same time there was no indication or any delimitation for me to inform myself that I could not enter near the counter!!! Even if he had, he, the seller, could never treat a person with these terms, he just had to inform the reason that I would have left!!! If there is only the product I want to buy in this store, I'll go to another city, even if I spend gas, but I won't buy a hair crimp in this store anymore.
