 I was very well attended by the architect Bruna e, who showed me several options and gave me an opinion on what would be best for my environment. I don't live in BH, but the delivery was super fast. Horrible after sales!!! I bought a GMH Saturno pendant, in less than 3 months it had a problem. I contacted the store and so far they haven't even given me a replacement date.

Loja em questão de trocas e devoluções, enfim, coisas q até hj não tive reembolso e não foi resolvido! Não indico a compra na mesma! Minha experiência comprando on line pelo menos foi péssima! Sai no prejuízo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPCIONADA, além de não entregarem meu pedido no prazo contratado, também não recebi os dois plafons que pelo que eu paguei à vista.
Mandaram dois do mesmo modelo comprado, mas na cor Branco Puríssimo com detalhe bege. Comprei na cor Fendi Fendi com detalhe em cobre.Entrei em contato, me informaram que não dispunham mais dos plafons (comprados e esperados por mim). Que eu deveria escolher outro modelo ou esperar de 45 a 60 dias pra entregar o meu pedido. Disseram que buscariam a entrega errada no dia seguinte e , só então, iriam REFAZER o meu pedido. Chegaram a entrar em contato comigo, umas duas vezes, mas nada foi resolvido. Por fim, conseguiram o objetivo deles. Com medo de não receber nenhum nem outro e pela demora. Desisti da troca e fiquei com a entrega errada.
DISAPPOINTED, in addition to not delivering my order within the contracted period, I also did not receive the two ceiling lights for what I paid in cash.
They sent two of the same model purchased, but in the Pure White color with beige detail. I bought it in Fendi Fendi color with copper detail. I got in touch, they informed me that they no longer had the ceiling lights (purchased and expected by me). That I should choose another model or wait 45 to 60 days to deliver my order. They said they would pick up the wrong delivery the next day and only then would they RECOMMEND my order. They even contacted me a couple of times, but nothing was resolved. Finally, they achieved their goal. Afraid of not receiving one or the other and for the delay. I gave up on the exchange and got the wrong delivery.
