Eu mesmo tenho a experiência da vendedora que me atendeu, sugerir que eu insistisse ao máximo
caso contrário, eu nāo seria atendido pela assitência técnica!
Quando os funcionários estāo em horário de almoço ou fèrias, pasmem....ninguèm pode atender em seu lugar...isso nāo cabe numa empresa no século 21.
Em contrapartida, o pessoal que faz a assistência nas residências, sāo extremamente dedicados e educados!
Nāo recomendo a nenhum cliente meu!

When employees are on a lunch break or on vacation, they are amazed ... no one can answer in their place ... this does not fit in a company in the 21st century.
On the other hand, the personnel who provide assistance in the homes, are extremely dedicated and polite!
I don't recommend it to any of my clients!
