★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema no condomínio onde moro, beneficiados de vagas para carro, sem constar na convenção / regimento interno, após contato com a síndica, a mesma relata ser procedimento realizado pela administradora, no telefone fixo, não existe atendimento nesta empresa (simplesmente não atende o telefone do site) consegui um telefone celular corporativo, pois a pessoa que atendia, referia não poder resolver e passaria para um terceiro com a garantia do feed back, sem retorno. Empresa não respondem e -mail, isso prova amadorismo no ramo, tanto em atender seus clientes, quanto no processo de administração. Lamentável.

Company does not respond to e-mail, this proves amateurism in the field, both in serving its customers, as in the administration process. Unfortunate.
