Já havia ido outras vezes fazer compras na loja até então tudo foi bem, porém no primeiro contra tempo que teve, na tentativa de uma troca foi desconfortável a situação, não por terem me negado logo de cara que não podiam fazer a troca mas pela falta de cordialidade com o cliente, sem nenhum preparo para a ocasião diferente da venda efetuada, a gerente que me atendeu por telefone pois não estava na loja, mal me escutou e por fim ninguém resolveu o problema. Já comprei outras vezes mas não recomendo e nem volto mais!
Disappointed! I had already gone shopping at the store before then, everything was fine, but in the first time I had, trying to make an exchange was uncomfortable, not because they denied me right away that they could not make the exchange but for lack of cordiality with the customer, without any preparation for the occasion other than the sale made, the manager who answered me by phone because he was not at the store, barely listened to me and in the end nobody solved the problem. I've bought it before but I don't recommend it and I won't be back!
