Os preços são bons e a qualidade do material é boa, mas se precisar de nota fiscal é bom conversar antes de efetuar o pagamento. Como eu já tinha um projeto, foi sugerido pela designer que o fez, que fossem feitas reuniões com ela antes de iniciar a produção mas isso não foi feito, então algumas coisas acabaram saindo diferentes do projeto original. Relevei pois não sou tão detalhista.
Agora estou aguardando que venham resolver alguns pontos como: porta de correr em um dos armários pesada. Acredito que esteja forçando algum mecanismo, e uma dobradiça que está esfarelando o móvel.
A instalação terminou em junho/2021.

The prices are good and the quality of the material is good, but if you need an invoice, it's good to talk before making the payment. As I already had a project, it was suggested by the designer who did it, that meetings be held with her before starting production but this was not done, so some things ended up being different from the original project. I emphasized it because I'm not so detailed.
Now I'm waiting for you to come resolve some points like: sliding door in one of the heavy closets. I believe it is forcing some mechanism, and a hinge that is crumbling the furniture.
Installation ended in June 2021.

Ate aqui eu fui a pessoa mais
Paciente, mais calma, e com mais compaixão que eu conheço em uma situação como essa.
Quando optamos por fazer os móveis da casa toda, queríamos alguém com o trabalho excelente, por isso fomos atrás de vocês e do Reginaldo. O regi não podia fazer por conta do prazo, logo vocês me atenderam prontamente. Marcamos e Katia e André foram até em casa… o primeiro atendimento, até a data que fizemos o pagamento, tudo foi uma maravilha… eu e Hitalo, estávamos felizes da vida, tínhamos certeza que fechamos com as pessoas certas, até pq já conhecíamos os trabalhos e NUNCA TIVEMOS PROBLEMAS.
O tempo foi passando e a data da entrega estava próximo, sempre em conversas com vc, Katia, você nos falava, está tudo certo! O João Batista, só dizia que nossa casa ficaria a mais linda do condomínio.
Enfim chegou o dia, ansiosos para começar a instalação dos nossos tão sonhados móveis… vocês tem noção do que é isso? Vocês gestaram uma criança, assim como nós gestamos nossa casa…. Imagina dar tdo errado no final? Como vocês se sentiriam???
Enfim…. Continuamos as conversas e as respostas da Katia era: aguenta mais uma semaninha… e de semaninha a semaninha passamos 2 meses esperando até que vocês começaram a montar nossos móveis… aqui eu não sei se dou risada ou choro né?!
Várias medidas erradas, várias medidas tiradas no dia da montagem para fabricacao dos próximos móveis, não vinham no dia, chegavam na hora do almoço, paravam para almoçar e trabalhavam apenas 3-3/5hr por dia.
Nós sabíamos que não éramos prioridade para vocês, afinal, vocês já tinham recebido todo nosso dinheiro.
Foram longos 40 dias para montar nossos móveis, e olha só, o que ficaria a casa mais bonita do condomínio, não ficou assim: é emenda p tudo quanto é lado, pior, não são emendas bem feitas…

Explicassem algumas coisas e outras fizeram errado!
Eu passei de tudo aqui, relevei muita coisa… mas uma porta caiu no meu pé e ninguém veio arrumar, outra gaveta caiu novamente no meu pé e ninguém me deu atenção.
Eu espero do fundo do meu coração, de os próximos clientes sejam tão pacientes como eu fui. Que o trabalho de vocês cresça e seja tão bom quanto foi a minha obra.
A parte de hoje estarei tomando todas as providências legais e cabíveis que são válidas.

Patient, calmer, and more compassionate than I know in a situation like this.
When we chose to make the furniture for the whole house, we wanted someone with an excellent job, that's why we went after you and Reginaldo. The regi couldn't do it because of the deadline, so you answered me promptly. We made an appointment and Katia and André went home… the first service, until the date we made the payment, everything was wonderful… me and Hitalo, we were happy with life, we were sure that we closed with the right people, even because we already knew the jobs and WE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS.
Time passed and the delivery date was close, always in conversations with you, Katia, you told us, everything is fine! João Batista just said that our house would be the most beautiful in the condominium.
Finally, the day arrived, eager to start installing our so dreamed of furniture… do you have any idea what this is? You fathered a child, just as we fathered our house…. Can you imagine going wrong in the end? How would you feel???
Anyway…. We continued the conversations and Katia's answers were: hold on for another week… and from week to week we spent 2 months waiting until you started to assemble our furniture… here I don't know if I laugh or cry, right?!
Several wrong measurements, several measurements taken on the day of assembly to manufacture the next furniture, did not come in the day, arrived at lunchtime, stopped for lunch and worked only 3-3/5hr per day.
We knew that we were not a priority for you, after all, you had already received all our money.
It took a long 40 days to assemble our furniture, and look, what would be the prettiest house in the condominium, it didn't look like this: it's splicing on every side, worse, it's not well-made splices...
