★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, após DUAS HORAS de efetuar o pedido e o estabelecimento informar que a entrega seria feita entre 60 e 80 minutos, o referido me falou que o pedido ainda nem estava sendo finalizado! Absurdo mesmo. Ainda vieram com desculpas dizendo que o atraso se devia ao número de pedidos.
Bom, achei uma falta de respeito enorme com o cliente, pois não custava nada avisar que demoraria demais.
Obs.: era o meu primeiro pedido!
Well, after TWO HOURS of placing the order and the establishment informing that the delivery would take place between 60 and 80 minutes, the aforementioned told me that the order was not even being finalized! Absurd indeed. They even came with excuses saying that the delay was due to the number of orders.
Well, I found a huge lack of respect for the customer, as it was not hard to say that it would take too long.
