★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento da primeira venda é ótimo. Depois, caso precisem de revisão ou devolução vão dificultar ao máximo o negócio colocando preços infinitamente superiores.
Além disso, tomem cuidado com os acessórios, argamassa, rejuntes pois empurram muito mais que o necessário.
Por último, o custo de frete é abusivo.

A pessoa que atendeu eu e minha esposa, nem sequer ofereceu a cadeira para sentarmos. Na verdade, nem se deu o trabalho de levantar de sua mesa.
Quando passei as medidas do meu banheiro, ela começou a calcular numa folha de "pão" enquanto ficamos em pé ao lado da mesa. Ficamos incomodados de estar ali. A atenção melhorou quando começamos a ver pisos mais "caros". Achei soberba.
Não volto nunca mais. Talvez seja o vendedor/atendente, mas já foi suficiente para saber que jamais indicarei para meus colegas.
I went to KAzamais de Paulínia today and the service was terrible.
The person who attended my wife and I did not even offer the chair for us to sit. In fact, he didn't even bother to get up from his desk.
When I gave my bathroom measurements, she started calculating on a sheet of "bread" as we stood beside the table. We were uncomfortable being there. Attention improved when we started to see more "expensive" floors. I found it superb.
I'm never coming back. Maybe it's the salesperson/attendant, but it was enough to know that I will never recommend it to my colleagues.
