★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente devem ficar apenas no cardápio Japonês, a comida chinesa a exemplo do yaksoba é caro, ruim e vem muito pouco, e precisam rever algumas coisas. Iluminação deficiente não se consegue ler o cardápio e se vê o sofrimento até dos atendentes para enxergar os pedidos.
They should definitely stay only on the Japanese menu, Chinese food like yaksoba is expensive, bad and comes very little, and you need to review some things. Poor lighting cannot read the menu and you can see the suffering of even the attendants to see the orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas poderia melhorar. O sushi é bom, com opções variadas. Não tem opção vegetariana (mas pode mudar dois pratos). O preço para o tamanho dos pratos, acaba se tornando caro. Vale a pena conferir, mas tem restaurantes desse tipo, melhores na cidade.
The service is good, but it could improve. The sushi is good, with varied options. There is no vegetarian option (but you can change two dishes). The price for the size of the dishes, ends up becoming expensive. It is worth checking out, but there are restaurants of this type, better in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Kazue há muito tempo e nunca tive do que reclamar. Porém nos últimos meses o atendimento caiu bastante. Os sushis já não são tão bons como antes (algumas peças não parecem ser feitas com peixe fresco), os pedidos demoram muito para ficarem prontos e quando se faz a compra pelo site com opção de entrega delivery, há o risco da encomenda não chegar. A justificativa é que “ocorreu um problema interno e alguns pedidos se perderam”, no entanto só somos notificados 3h depois, quando entramos em contato para sabermos o motivo da demora. Só volto a comprar no estabelecimento quando a qualidade melhorar. Decepcionada!
I've been a Kazue customer for a long time and I've never had anything to complain about. However, in the last few months the service has dropped a lot. The sushi is not as good as it used to be (some pieces do not seem to be made with fresh fish), orders take a long time to be ready and when you buy on the website with delivery option, there is a risk that the order will not arrive. The justification is that “there was an internal problem and some orders were lost”, however we are only notified 3 hours later, when we get in touch to find out the reason for the delay. I will only buy from this establishment again when the quality improves. Disappointed!
