★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pizzas demorando mais de meia hora pra chegar até a mesa. Todo mundo pingando de suor. A gente tinha que ir até a geladeira pegar as bebidas por que não tinha garçom suficiente pra servir. Reclamamos. Ninguém resolveu nada e no final cobraram 10%
 Terrible attendance. Pizzas taking more than half an hour to get to the table. Everyone dripping with sweat. We had to go to the fridge to get the drinks because there weren't enough waiters to serve them. we complain. Nobody solved anything and in the end they charged 10%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza salgada é muito boa, mas a doce deixa muito a desejar, mas isso não interfere na classificação até pq pra mim não faz nem sentido existir pizza doce, eu cheguei tarde no local mas me falaram que iam trazer quaisquer sabores pra mim mas veio uma e o pessoal começou a levantar a cadeira e parar de trazer, eu entendo que tem horário e os funcionários devem ficar loucos pra ir embora com o tanto de criança gritando que tem (sério tem muita criança) mas poderia pelo menos avisar que o local está fechando pq teria sido mais vantagem eu pegar uma pizza e ir pra casa ao invés de comer 3 fatias e pagar o rodízio
The salty pizza is very good, but the sweet one leaves a lot to be desired, but that doesn't interfere with the classification, because for me it doesn't even make sense to have sweet pizza, I arrived late at the place but they told me they would bring any flavors for me but it came one and the staff started to lift the chair and stop bringing it, I understand that there are hours and the employees must be crazy to leave with so many children screaming that there are (seriously, there are a lot of children) but I could at least warn that the place it's closing because it would have been more advantageous for me to grab a pizza and go home instead of eating 3 slices and paying for the carvery

Good place, I found the entrance to the place very unprepared because the attendant was not objective and left me waiting 20 minutes to enter

Calor insuportável, tínhamos que ir até a cozinha ou garçons pra conseguir alimentos/bebidas. Condições trabalhistas preocupantes!!
Reclamamos, o rapaz que era o responsável por solucionar os problemas não deu NENHUM suporte ou atenção!
Quando conseguimos enfim trocar de lugar pelo motivo de calor desumano, eles mandaram a gente levar as cadeiras, prato etc!
Nos deram copo descartável e serviram pizza no guardanapo pois não levamos as coisas p nova mesa!
Uma situação que parecia mentira!!
I had a very unpleasant experience!
Unbearable heat, we had to go to the kitchen or waiters to get food/drinks. Worrying working conditions!!
We complained, the guy who was responsible for solving the problems didn't give ANY support or attention!
When we finally managed to change places due to the inhuman heat, they ordered us to take the chairs, plate, etc!
They gave us a disposable cup and served pizza on a napkin because we didn't take things to the new table!
A situation that looked like a lie!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chegando de lá nesse momento, 8/02/2022 as 23:28. Nunca tinha ido ao local foi a minha primeira vez para comemoração de um aniversário.
1. Cadeiras um em cima da outra;
2. Bebidas muito caras;
3. Pizza condiz com o valor, nem boa nem ruim, ok;
4. Funcionário que é responsável pelo bebida, aparenta der de idade avançada é super super mal educado;
5. Brinquedo existem regras porém não tem supervisão de nenhum recriador, crianças maiores que o permitido sobem no brinquedo e machucam os menores e ninguém vê, nem os responsáveis que vão pra lá realmente para ficar livres das crianças que são muito bagunceiras e desobedientes;
6. o serviço das garçonetes não foi muito bom elas passavam direto da nossa mesa com vários sabores que tive que brigar para passarem na nossa mesa;
7. As garçonetes foram educadas;
Em fim no geral achei os R$21,90 muito mal pago, não valeu nada a pena!!!!!!
E percebo que o dono não está nem ai pois existem muitas reclamações no Google e ele nem responde e nem melhora o restaurante, depois pergunto pq nada vai pra frente em BM!!!!!
I'm arriving from there right now, 02/8/2022 at 23:28. I had never been to the place it was my first time for a birthday celebration.
1. Chairs one on top of the other;
2. Very expensive drinks;
3. Pizza matches the price, neither good nor bad, ok;
4. Employee who is responsible for the drink, appears to be of advanced age and is super super rude;
5. Toy there are rules but there is no supervision of any recreator, children older than allowed climb on the toy and hurt the smaller ones and no one sees it, not even those responsible who go there really to get rid of children who are very messy and disobedient;
6. the service of the waitresses was not very good they passed straight from our table with several flavors that I had to fight to get them to our table;
7. The waitresses were polite;
In the end, overall I thought the R$21.90 was very poorly paid, it was not worth it!!!!!!
And I realize that the owner doesn't care because there are many complaints on Google and he doesn't even answer or improve the restaurant, then I ask because nothing goes forward in BM!!!!!
