DEMORAM MUITO PARA ENTREGAR.
FINALIZEI O PEDIDO POR VOLTA DE 21:10 E ELES PEDW UNS 50 MINUTOS PARA ENTREGAR .
POREM RECEBI MUNHA PIZZA AS 23:05.Um absurdo.
Se tivessem me avisado que seriam 2 horas para entregar eu entenderia.
 The pizza is delicious I could give it a thousand stars. But I won't.
THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO DELIVER.
I FINISHED THE ORDER AROUND 9:10 PM AND THEY PEDW ABOUT 50 MINUTES TO DELIVER.
BUT I RECEIVED MY PIZZA AT 11:05 pm. An absurdity.
If they had warned me that it would take 2 hours to deliver I would understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa. Mas hoje, atendimento é péssimo, já fiquei duas vezes sem receber a pizza em minha casa e sempre inventam a mesma desculpa (o motoqueiro teve um imprevisto).
It used to be good. But today, the service is terrible, I've gone twice without receiving the pizza at my house and they always come up with the same excuse (the biker had an unforeseen event).

O pessoal pede pelo Ifood, Uber entrega e tem problema e vem aqui reclamar, pede direto na pizzaria que vcs verão a diferença no atendimento! Top demais!
I loved the place, the service is of great quality, the staff is very receptive and polite! The pizza is wonderful!
People ask for Ifood, Uber delivers and they have a problem and come here to complain, ask directly at the pizzeria and you will see the difference in service! Too top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa ! Mas ontem pedi duas e vieram frias! O atendimento de ontem foi ruim, péssimo !Duas horas e trinta minutos para chegar a pizza. O motoboy não trouxe o troco , perdeu a nota , e não sabia imprimir a via na maquininha, muito desajeitado, coitado !
Perdi a fome e não comi a pizza que não estava como das outras vezes... Vou comprar em outro lugar infelizmente! E último detalhe : o valor da pizza não é popular , pelo 99 app a taxa de entrega foi para 10 reais quase.... Decepção é a palavra ! Pedir com frete grátis e pedir pagando taxa muda o tratamento do estabelecimento... Eu até posso mover uma ação por ser feita de ???
Very good pizza! But yesterday I ordered two and they came cold! Yesterday's service was bad, terrible! Two hours and thirty minutes to get the pizza. The motoboy didn't bring the change, he lost the bill, and he didn't know how to print the route on the machine, very clumsy, poor thing!
I lost my hunger and I didn't eat the pizza that wasn't like the other times... I'm going to buy somewhere else unfortunately! And last detail: the price of pizza is not popular, for the 99 app the delivery fee was almost 10 reais.... Disappointment is the word! Ordering with free shipping and asking for a fee changes the treatment of the establishment... I can even file a lawsuit for being made of ???
