Realizei uma compra no dia 07/11 via Mercado Livre(Kit Relação (Coroa, Pinhão e Corrente)), foi dito que o produto estaria disponível no dia 09/11 para ser enviado, depois fui informado que a Durag estaria entregando no dia 12/11 para a KED para posterior despacho. Cobrei o vendedor e disse que tinha já sido enviado a tarde, mas nada de código de rastreamento. Dia 18 fiquei sabendo que nada foi enviado pois não tinham a corrente em estoque, nesta ocasião o vendedor informou que a corrente tinha chegado e estaria enviando por SEDEX dia 18 e hoje dia 22 não tenho nada, nem rastreamento nem kit relação e a moto a 15 dias na oficina PARADA. Lamentável meus amigos.
Se eu sou o proprietário desta loja e leio isso, com certeza revisaria o processo de venda e relacionamento com o cliente. Passei dois dias mandando whats e mensagem via mercado livre sem ao menos um retorno. Estou aguardando o prazo do mercado livre para cancelamento e na sequência efetivar outra compra em outro lugar.

I made a purchase on 07/11 via Free Market (Value Kit (Crown, Pinion and chain)), it was said that the product would be available on 09/11 to be sent, then I was informed that the Durag would be surrendering on 12 / 11 to KED for further dispatch. I covered the seller and said it had already been shipped late, but no tracking code. 18 I learned that nothing was sent because they had no current in stock, on this occasion the seller said the chain had arrived and would be sending by mail day 18 and day 22 I have nothing, no trace or kit relationship and the bike 15 days at the workshop STOP. Unfortunate my friends.
If I am the owner of this store and I read this, I would definitely review the sales and customer relationship process. I spent two days sending whats and messages via free market without even a return. I am waiting for the free market deadline for cancellation and following making another purchase elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 17 de novembro de 2020, realizei uma compra no valor de R$ 6.736,00 pagamento à vista via transferência bancária. Favorecido: CNPJ 31.812.268/0001-51. Uma parte dos pedidos comprados vieram errados, sendo completamente divergentes daqueles que solicitei, foi feito contato com o Marcelo que se diz surpervisor/vendedor da distribuidora (mas no CNPJ da empresa consta o mesmo como proprietário), falando que iria resolver o problema e trocaria os produtos na mesma semana, desde novembro venho tentando resolver o problema que ainda não foi solucionado, mando mensagens e não tenho retorno, faço ligações e não me atendem, pós venda péssimo, total descaso com o consumidor.
NÃO INDICO À NINGUÉM.
