Os atendentes confirmaram comigo duas vezes que o ajuste do vestido comprado seria por conta da loja, no entanto quando cheguei para fazer o ajuste voltaram atrás, e me cobraram um valor absurdo. Ao meu ver falta de consideração com os clientes, e organização.
The dresses are beautiful, but I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The attendants confirmed with me twice that the adjustment of the purchased dress would be on account of the store, however when I arrived to make the adjustment they went back, and charged me an absurd amount. In my view, lack of consideration for customers, and organization.
