Ao tentar fazer a troca, a loja só faz se tiver o cupom fiscal, apesar de terem me vendido errado. Fiquei muito chateado porque acho que falta bom senso as vezes. Já comprei muito lá e hoje eles perdem um cliente.
I bought a part for my car and a few days after I put it in the car I found that it came wrong, from the same vehicle over a different year. When trying to make the exchange, the store only does it if it has the tax coupon, even though they sold me wrong. I was very upset because I think that common sense is sometimes lacking. I already bought a lot there and today they lose a customer.
