★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo...eu fui la ontem e mal eu perguntei ja foram me dizendo que tinha que ligar para o numero que estava no cartaz la na frente....que la eles não alugavam assim..tinha que esperar a ligação deles....put's!!!! Se eu fui para alugar um carro,deveria ser la que eu deveria fechar negocio...
 Terrible service...I went there yesterday and as soon as I asked, they were already telling me that I had to call the number that was on the poster in front....that they didn't rent that way...I had to wait for their call. ...put's!!!! If I went to rent a car, it should be there that I should close a deal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os carros já não são antigos, mas já estão cheios de pequenos e grandes defeitos. No meu caso, buzina sem funcionar, marcador de gasolina quebrado e relé desligando o carro. Isso em apenas 1 mês de uso. Eles disponibilizam uma oficina que sempre tem de ficar o carro lá, e acaba perdendo o dia de trabalho.
Depois de 15 dias devolvido o carro, dizem devolver os R$: 800,00 de calção. Já passou 1 mês e nada de devolver o calção, desculpas como aguardando aprovação do financeiro e aguardar que que já caíra na conta.
Resumindo, NÃO VALE A PENA!
The cars are no longer old, but they are already full of small and big defects. In my case, the horn doesn't work, the gas gauge is broken and the relay turns off the car. This in just 1 month of use. They have a workshop where the car always has to be kept there, and they end up missing the day's work.
After 15 days the car is returned, they say return the R$: 800.00 of shorts. It's been 1 month and nothing to return the shorts, excuses such as waiting for approval from the financial and waiting for it to fall into the account.
In short, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
