★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero parabenizar pelo ótimo atendimento da Carolaine e do William são ótimos funcionários e super prestativos. não gostei da atitude da Karina pois estava nítido a cara em que ela fez em não querer fazer o corte no meu cabelo seria ela da vez .gostaria também de deixar um feedback positivo pois achei a equipe no ponto de vista coletivo desunida .a que estava me atendendo no caso a Carolaine pediu ajuda várias vezes para chapar meu cabelo ,mesmo tendo pessoas desocupadas o pedido dela foi em vão, nesse caso o cliente agradeceria pois o tempo dentro do estabelecimento seria menor .mais dês de já agradeço mesmo assim espero voltar em breve .
I want to congratulate Carolaine and William for the great service, they are great employees and super helpful. I didn't like Karina's attitude because it was clear the face she made in not wanting to cut my hair it would be her turn. I would also like to leave a positive feedback because I found the team in the collective point of view disunited. taking care of me in the case Carolaine asked for help several times to get my hair straight, even though there were people who were not busy, her request was in vain, in that case the customer would appreciate it because the time inside the establishment would be shorter. soon.

Mas na data de hj tive uma experiência não tão legal. Eles estavam com a equipe reduzida e foi muito demorado o atendimento e uma pessoa começava a me atender e depois parava pra atender outra pessoa e eu fiquei com meu cabelo aguardando alguém finalizar por muito tempo.
Gosto muito do ambiente e das meninas, só dessa vez sai um pouco chateada, mas eu compreendo devido a correria que estava.
The salon is very good, I always do my hair there.
But today I had a not-so-nice experience. They had a reduced team and the service took a long time and one person started to attend to me and then stopped to attend to another person and I had my hair waiting for someone to finish for a long time.
I really like the environment and the girls, only this time I got a little upset, but I understand because of the rush I was in.

Cabeleireiro Willian super atencioso e comprometido com o seu trabalho, teve muito cuidado e zelo com o meu cabelo. Realizou testes antes de aplicar a química e foi muito verdadeiro ao dizer que determinada química não era ideal para o meu cabelo naquele momento. Cortou meu cabelo e pediu para retornar depois de um tempo para realizar o alisamento que ficou perfeito!!!
Very receptive team with your customers. Coffee offered soon at the incredible reception. Hairdresser Willian super attentive and committed to his work, he was very careful and zeal with my hair. He performed tests before applying chemistry and was very true by saying that certain chemistry was not ideal for my hair at that moment. He cut my hair and asked to return after a while to hold the straightening that was perfect !!!

Mesmo assim o resultado foi incrível....meu cabelo nunca ficou liso assim sem escovar. Produto é extraordinário, apesar de arder
no meu couro cabeludo que é sensível. Mas é só da próximas não encostar tanto no couro. O atendimento é excelente, ambiente gostoso
e arejado, super indico o salão da Kerastini. Já indiquei pra duas amigas....
Girls I just loved it!
My hair was done by two professionals, so one side was smoother than the other. But I hoped it could be different because each one made the plate in a different way. Even so, the result was amazing....my hair was never straight without brushing. Product is extraordinary, despite burning
on my scalp which is sensitive. But it's only next time not to touch the leather so much. The service is excellent, pleasant atmosphere.
and airy, I highly recommend the Kerastini salon. I have already recommended it to two friends....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca fui tão mal atendida em um salão na zona sul de Ribeirão como fui nesse.
Cheguei, fiz minha comanda e foram lavar meu cabelo, inicialmente eu só iria fazer lavar e fazer uma escova mesmo, logo em seguida colocaram meu cabelo pra hidratar sendo que eu não havia pedido isso, sentei em uma cadeira com uma atendente e logo em seguida já me trocaram para outra, vários atendentes no mesmo salão me perguntaram o que eu iria fazer no cabelo falei que era uma escova modelada, mas como toda hora trocava de atendente ficava difícil cada um falava uma coisa diferente na minha comanda estava escrito especificamente “escova” apenas, quando me sentei para outra atendente fazer meu cabelo ela começou e parou umas 3x por ter que atender outras clientes, eu já havia falado algumas vezes que escova era modelada finalizando a moça me queimou em cada escavada, mas até aí ok logo em seguida ela pediu falou que havia finalizado, eu comentei com ela que meu cabelo havia ficado opaco é pesado, sendo que meu cabelo estava mais lindo do que antes que eu entrei no salão, pra piorar a decepção eu fui reclamar sobre toda minha situação e achando que alguém iria me dar algum pedido de desculpa por todos os transtornos. Recebi uma mensagem falando que quem estava errada era eu e eu havia sido mal educada com a recepção, sendo que eu apenas expliquei a situação que havia ocorrido.
Resumo: o salão tem uma péssima organização e eu fiquei absurdamente decepcionada com a falta de apoio ao cliente.
I have never been so poorly attended in a salon in the south of Ribeirão as I was in this one.
I arrived, I made my order and they went to wash my hair, initially I would just wash and do a brush, then they put my hair to hydrate and I hadn't asked for that, I sat in a chair with an attendant and soon after I was already changed to another one, several attendants in the same salon asked me what I was going to do with my hair I said it was a shaped brush, but as I changed attendants every time it was difficult, each one said something different in my command it was specifically written "brush ” only, when I sat down for another attendant to have my hair done, she started and stopped about 3 times because she had to attend to other customers, I had already said a few times that the brush was modeled finishing the girl burned me in each hollow, but until then ok soon in then she asked and said that it was finished, I commented to her that my hair had become dull and heavy, and my hair was more beautiful than before I entered the salon, to make matters worse. disappointment I went to complain about my whole situation and thinking that someone would give me some apology for all the inconvenience. I received a message saying that I was wrong and I had been rude with the reception, and I just explained the situation that had occurred.
Summary: the salon is poorly organized and I was absurdly disappointed in the lack of customer support.
