★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que ficar aguardando na calçada, numa fila do lado de fora do prédio. Fiquei cerca de 1 hora na rua até chamarem para o andar que a clinica funciona. E chegando lá, mais espera até ser chamada para atendimento!
 You have to wait on the sidewalk, in a line outside the building. I was on the street for about 1 hour until they called the floor where the clinic works. And getting there, more waiting until you are called for assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido por todos nas duas recepções, o Dr. Pedro também foi muito solicito no meu atendimento. Achei muito legal a ideia de fracionar todos nós que íamos fazer exames na clínica na recepção, evitando aglomeração na recepção. A espera na rua é desagradável mas muito necessária.
I was very well attended by everyone at the two receptions, Dr. Pedro was also very solicitous in my care. I thought it was really cool the idea of splitting all of us who were going to take tests at the clinic at the reception, avoiding crowding at the reception. Waiting in the street is unpleasant but very necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento e muito ruim, principalmente na recepção do 11 andar. Aguardei quase 1 hora pra ser reencaminhado enquanto os atendentes ficam de conversinha e não resolvem.
Volto 6 meses depois e demora uma hora pra definir quais exames fazer.
Service slow and very bad, especially at the reception on the 11th floor. I waited almost 1 hour to be forwarded while the attendants chat and do not resolve.
I come back 6 months later and it takes an hour to define which exams to take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar no prédio da av Brasil, você deve ficar esperando na calçada até que alguém te chame pelo nome, para depois ser direcionado a sala da kf medicina.
When you arrive at the Av Brasil building, you should wait on the sidewalk until someone calls you by name, and then be directed to the KF Medicine room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento, recepcionista não tem nenhum preparo não deveria nem está trabalhando, não vão há esse local, NINGUÉM PASSA A INFORMAÇÃO CERTA.
TERRIBLE service, receptionist has no preparation, shouldn't be working, they don't go there, NO ONE PASSES THE RIGHT INFORMATION.

Worst service in the world. They make you wait on the street. Unorganized. Long service. 2 hours to do a simple clinical exam (and that had a scheduled time). Terrible.

Não recomendo! Existem outras medicinas na região central com atendimento mais rápido e simplificado.
